Organizing
A Project is any outcome that needs more than one step. Each Active Project needs at least one clear Next Action, or it stalls.
Open Projects and start a new one. You can also choose a Project for an item while you clarify it. If an item turns out to need more than one action, choose Make this a project on the Clarify screen. A Project can have a default Context.
NextAction warns you when an Active Project has no next step. Do Now lists stalled Projects, and the Weekly Review asks you to fix them.
When the outcome is reached, complete the Project. Completed Projects can still be found with Search.
