Your account and data
Open Preferences from your account menu. Choose what you want and select Save preferences. Reset to defaults puts everything back.
Choose Light, Dark, or Use system setting, which follows your device. The color toggle in the top bar also switches between light and dark.
Standard, or Slim for a shorter top bar and a left navigation that shows icons only.
Cozy has the most space, Comfortable is the default, and Condensed fits more on a screen. Density applies as soon as you save it, and is remembered in this browser.
Show lists such as Next and All items as a simple List, or as a Table with one row per item and columns for Project, Context, Areas, and age.
Turn off the short description under each page title once you know your way around.
Welcome hides itself from the menu once you have finished Setup. Under Show Welcome in the menu and Show Setup in the menu you can turn either link back on, or turn it off yourself. The pages still work if you go back to them. See Getting set up.
If your sign-in account has a picture, NextAction shows it as the round picture at the top right. Turn off Show my profile picture to see your initials instead. NextAction then does not load the picture at all. This option only appears when your account has a picture.
Your time zone decides which day "today" is for Reminder Dates. It is chosen from your browser the first time you visit. Change it here, or choose Use my browser's time zone.
