Signing up with an access code

Before you start

During the Alpha, every account needs an invitation. Your invitation includes a personal access code. The code is tied to the email address it was sent to, so it only works for that address.

Create your account

1. Open the sign-up link from your invitation.
2. Enter your access code.
3. Create your account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google.
4. If you used an email address and password, check your inbox for a verification email and follow the link in it.
5. Return to NextAction and sign in.

If something goes wrong

• The code is not accepted. Check that you are signing up with the same email address the invitation was sent to, and that you typed the code exactly as shown.
• You are told to use a different sign-in method. If you first signed up with Google, keep using Google. Accounts are not linked across sign-in methods during the Alpha.
• You did not get the verification email. Check your spam folder, then contact support@nextaction.io.

Each invitation is for one person. Email support@nextaction.io if you lost yours or need it sent to a different address.
